Trent C. Bailey brings more than two decades of industry experience to identifying and developing strategic agency partnerships, acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures while driving expansion of RealTaxCONNECT and Investors Title Exchange Corporation’s 1031 exchange. Since beginning his career in 2005, he has built a reputation for strategic growth, operational excellence, and strong market relationships. In 2022, Trent joined University Title Company as Houston division president, a role he will continues to serve. Mr. Bailey resides south of Houston and, for more than 40 years, has spent his free time in the saddle competing in National Cutting Horse Association–sanctioned events.
