Ms. Bergquist joined National Investors in January 2022 and brings more than 35 years of proven ability in business assessment, project management, administrative support, process improvement, and change management to the team. Prior to joining National Investors, Ms. Bergquist served as a business analyst on the technology and business optimization team for Investors Title. She has served in a variety of other roles over the course of her career, including as a business assessment lead and project manager for the deployment of title production software, a customer service representative working for local underwriting counsel, a quality and training manager, and a region quality coordinator with a primary focus on process improvement and cost-savings benefits. Ms. Bergquist began her career managing a real estate tax service for a large national title company.
